What game would you consider to be the most played ever ? Solitaire ? Star Craft ? Wolfenstein ? Quake ? Hmmm, guess again! The oldest, and in the same time the most frequently installed game ever is Minesweeper.
If you don’t belive us, think about it for a couple of minutes : this game has been around since Windows 3.1, requires less concentration then solitaire, is small enought to hide when the boss shows up, and was wasting time long before the internet came out.
You know Popcap wished that Bejeweled had half the market penetration that Minesweeper has. And that’s why Minesweeper is the “most successful game ever“.
I never really understood minesweeper, but maybe thats because i never took the time to read the rules:) I like solitaire, thats gotta be my favorite!
not surprised that minesweeper is so popular but i’m surprised it beat solitaire. i like minesweeper since it’s such a straightforward but entertaining game.

It will be a nice thinking game..Our hand as to click as well as our mind hand to calculate..
Its pretty simple..A number beneath a tile illustrates that number of mines around it..We have to identify these mines without clicking them and has to place flags on it to prevent its explosion..
I’m so happy as i created one during my project session..
